Finca Ambrosia Precioso Cabernet is a limited production.
It was made with the best grapes of the extraordinary vineyard located in the district of Gualtallary, in the department of Tupungato, in the heart of the Uco Valley, where the soil has a high lime content that improves the mineral character and gives structure to the tannins.
It was fermented with native yeasts, in addition to a soft maceration for 25 days, before the pneumatic pressing. The malolactic fermentation was made in new French oak barrels Mercurey, where it was aged for 18 months and then 12 months in bottle.
