Cocktail made from Sensus Brut foam, developed with the Pedro Jiménez variety, mixed with fine Cassis liqueur. Bubbling body, fruity aromas and blackcurrants, which give a sweet and acid flavor at the same time.
This bright ruby foam has an alcoholic graduation of 13°. The recommended temperature to consume is between 6 and 9 °C. Available in 750cc format.
