The warm, intense and deep ruby of this wine is typical of the old local grape varieties used to make this important valpolicella doc. The nose anticipates the complex aroma, which recalls plums and berries, along with a very dark leather note. In the mouth it expresses a strong and demanding personality, with an alcohol vein that is well balanced by polished tannins and a well rounded body. This wine combines perfectly with sausages, cheeses and grilled meats.
