This Grappa is made up of 95% of magliocco and gaglioppo, with 5% of pinot grigio provided to a large extent. Distilled twice in an alambique, Caffo's grappa is much less burning than many would expect from normal, especially given the price. Enjoy it alone or mixed in cocktails that need that touch of nuts and herbs.
