Whiskey obtained from a subtle blend of grain whisky and malt whiskey, enriched by the influence of the local mob. The peat leaves its mark on the germinated cereals, before grinding, both in the drying process and in the smoked process. With a slightly " quemado fake " flavor, nothing impressive, Sir Edward's Smoky is a wonderful and balanced blend. It is a fine drink and has a sublime aroma.
Color: golden, warm.
Pain: slightly sweet, like vanilla pods, followed by a cloud of peat smoke.
Gusto: The peat smoke begins to feel. The taste of the fruit is as suppressed by a cloud of oak smoke. An intense experience of knitting flavors.
Postgusto: the coals are extinct ..., but the aroma of summer fruits returns to the forefront. What satisfaction?
