Since wild raspberries are often found on the Swedish slopes, nothing is more natural than the release of Absolut Raspberri. And so it was in 2004, 25 years after the release of Absolut Vodka. Absolut Raspberri is made exclusively with natural ingredients and, unlike other flavored vodkas, does not contain sugar. It is tasty and intense, with a refreshing taste and characteristic of mature raspberries. In 1879, Lars Olsson Smith presented the continual distillation with which Absolut Rent Brännvin (absolute pure vodka). Instead of the usual three or four times, vodka was distilled an infinite number of times. Absolut Raspberri is made in the same way, the only difference is the raspberry flavor. And, like the rest of the family, it occurs in Åhus, the birthplace of L.O. Herrero. None of that will change, not even the true taste of Absolut Raspberri. The main ingredients of Absolut Raspberri are Absolut vodka and raspberry flavor. Absolut vodka is made of water and a type of wheat from the northern hemisphere. The water comes from a deep well in Åhus, where it is protected from impurities. Wheat is also grown in Åhus and is different from other crops: it is sown in the autumn of one year and harvested in the next. Meanwhile, it grows under the Swedish snow, developing its hard grain.
