Date of harvest: between 15 March and 5 April, depending on the clone
Save: 100% wine in stainless steel
Tasting notes: a bright pale yellow wine with greenish tones. It has intense and elegant aromas; with citrus notes, tropical fruits and green aji. In the mouth it is very fresh, well balanced, of pleasant natural acidity and long persistence.
Pairing: ideal as an appetizer and to accompany fish and seafood.
Service temperature: serve ideally between 9° and 11°C.
