Andeluna Pasionado Cuatro Cepas is an Argentine wine made with Malbec (35%), Merlot (35%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) and Cabernet Franc (10%). Produced with grapes grown in the region of Mendoza and the Tupungato subregion, Andeluna Pasionado Cuatro Cepas is a dry red wine with an alcoholic graduation of 14.8% vol. Intense ruby with violet reflections. The aromas are of ripe red fruits, spicy notes like anise and hints of vanilla and chocolate. Andeluna Pasionado 4 Cepas is a wine with body, with great structure and elegance, with mature and round tannins, with a long and persistent finish. Accompany: grilled red meats, barbecue, hunting meats, as well as lamb-based preparations and pastas with intense sauces. Service temperature: 16oC - 18oC Maduración: one of the great reds produced by the winery, this court of Bordeaux, reveals great structure and complexity, with aromas of red fruits, spices and touches of chocolate. Before mixing, each portion of grapes mature for 12 months in French oak barrels. After the cut, it matures 6 months in French oak barrels.
