“Jules Verne - Rum Gold” has a medium gold color. The base is melaza rich in candy, toffee and chocolate flavors. Aging in American oak adds a wide range of smoked floral notes to the mixture. The final result is a complex, dry, sweet and spicy rum that leans towards a Bourbon flavor. The totally manual production method results in a quality that large-scale producers cannot expect to match.
