The Nederburg Winemasters Reserve Shiraz has a dark ruby red tone and shows an impressive bouquet of aromas of oak spices, prunes and cherries, backed by a pinch of black chocolate. It is full-bodied and opulent with more prunes and black chocolate on the palate, as well as mature plums. The tannins are firm. This Shiraz can be enjoyed alone or combined with Mediterranean dishes such as kebabs, spicy lamb and souvlaki. Bistecs braaied, bull and traditional roasts will also deliciously accompany this wine.
