Breeding and Conservation: The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel buckets at controlled temperature and then part of the second fermentation begins to bottle.
Visual: bright yellow straw with fine bubble.
Nose: citrus aromas with touches of pears and mature apples.
Coat: fresh and light taste very well balanced.
