ORIGEN: Casablanca Valley
GUARDA: 8 months in concrete eggs, untouched fudres and 300 lt old barrels.
GUARDA IN BOTELLA: 3 to 4 months before marketing.
CATA NOTES: Color: bright ruby red. Aroma: very fruity, intense, fresh and mineral with notes of red fruits, acid stew and frutilla. It shows all the typicality of Pinot Noir in its herbal and sotobosque notes. Coat: delicate, refreshing, fruity and fresh with a tense and vibrant acidity in perfect balance with its tannins. It is a wine with many aromatic layers and textures in the mouth.
MARIDAJE: Chinese food, hot or very seasoned dishes, fish, hunting birds (pato), pastas with cream.
GUARDA POTENCIAL: 4 to 5 years in optimal conditions.
TEMPERATURA SERVICE: Serve ideally between 13o and 14oC.
