Red red wine with aroma of ripe black fruits. In the mouth it is dry, medium body and balanced acidity with fine tannins.
Accompaniment: Ideal to accompany pastas with light sauces, red meats and white meats.
Maduration: fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature and daily re-assembly for better color extraction. Nestled for 9 months in French and American oak.
