The wine senetiner nature brut is classified as Blanc de Noir, that is, a white wine made with ink grapes, in this case, Pinot Noir.
With a thin and intense pearl, it has a bright yellow straw color and, due to the short contact of the skins of Pinot Noir with the must, it is possible to notice a light salmon reflection on the edges.
In the nose is appreciated raspberry and citrus, but it is in the mouth where the sparkling wine attracts attention. In the mouth it is extremely dry, with very little sweetness.
Its high acidity added to the dry palate make this sparkling wine a great companion for several dishes, including those that accompany meats or other foods with some fatty content.
Its end is refreshing, dry and medium intensity.
